Wonderful service from these guys today. They sourced an 8TB HDD for me, checked my existing enclosure for issues, mounted and formatted, found packaging for my old disk and helped me transfer some files using their computer from CD to Flash, all done whilst I sipped green tea they had provided. 🙂
